Symptoms
Running a third party XML solution (Tidal, RFSmart, DSI, etc) submitting UBEs which use the XML List and CallObject kernels is causing performance degradation under heavy volume of processing. Server Manager shows the defined XML List kernels are utilizing up to 95% of CPU resources with no zombie kernels.
OTHER SCENARIOS:

Memory increases after each jdeRequest, even though invalid function name GetXXXInfo when submitting callObject XML requests.
- Memory increases after each jdeRequest, valid function name GetAuditInfo when submitting callObject XML requests.
