The Batch Enrollment (R083800) when unenrolling a plan (A) updates the rate in the Employee DBA Instructions (F06106) of a Employee Flex Deduction plan (B) without end dating the prior rate and starting a new rate with a new start date record.

With a benefit group setup with flexible plans there is a Employee Flex Deduction plan and DBA that stores the total amount in F060106 of the costs of medical, dental, vision flex plans setup.
This total deduction is displayed on the pay stub during payroll instead of individual benefit deductions.
When the R083800 is used to unenroll a non-flex plan that with within the benefit group the UBE also is reviewing rate changes of the medical, dental, vision flex plans. If the R083800 is run with a future date to unenroll it is updating the Employee Flex Deduction total amount in F060106 with that future rate. But payroll for the timeframe prior to the future date hasn't been run.

When the payroll is run total deduction is displayed on the pay stub incorrectly has the future rate (total cost).
