E1: GRID: Copy Using CTRL+C Does Not Work for Grid Columns if E1 Hotkeys are Disabled Using F9 (Doc ID 2356572.1)

Copy using Ctrl+C does not work for values on grid if E1 Hotkeys are disabled using F9.

Customer has polish users and they have troubles with the polish characters if hotkeys are not disabled. They must use the F9 to disable the hotkeys to enter certain language characters. When hotkeys are disabled, they cannot use Ctrl+C to copy grid data.
