E1: MOBJ: Junk Character ♂ (Alt+11) Added in F00165 Blob for Text Attachments When using Enhanced Media Object with Chrome

When entering a media object text with multiple enter key strokes, the last enter key stroke seems to add a junk character ♂ (Alt+11) as observed in F00165 blob data. As a result, when this text is retrieved and printed in a embedded BIP report definition output, the junk character is printed as a square box in PDF output. This junk character is not visible when viewing the text in media object viewer.
Issue does not happen when using internet explorer or firefox. So looks to be specific to chrome. Also it appears that this character is added for the last enter key stroke. In the below example, the last enter key was pressed after the 'Second Line':
