E1: SVM: Unable to Save a New Configuration in the Instance Access Configuration Page in Server Manager

After updating Server Manager components to Tools Release 188.8.131.52, the Instance Access Configuration page in Server Manager (new functionality with TR 184.108.40.206) does not save a new configuration after clicking on Apply. With HTML Server on TR 220.127.116.11 and Server Manager Console on TR 18.104.22.168, it appears to save those settings. As soon as the user updated the HTML server to TR 22.214.171.124, it no longer works.
The issue started to happen following Tools Release upgrade to 126.96.36.199, which introduces the new functionality.
