E1: SVM: Unable to Save a New Configuration in the Instance Access Configuration Page in Server Manager

Symptoms

After upgrading to Tools Release 9.2.2.2, the Instance Access Configuration page in Server Manager does not save a new configuration after clicking on Apply. With HTML server on TR 9.2.2.1 and Server Manager was on TR 9.2.2.2, it did save those settings. As soon as I updated the HTML server to TR 9.2.2.2, it no longer works.

Changes

 The issue started to happen following Tools Release upgrade to 9.2.2.2.
