E1: SVM: Unable to Save a New Configuration in the Instance Access Configuration Page in Server Manager (Doc ID 2357828.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 04, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After updating Server Manager components to Tools Release 9.2.2.2, the Instance Access Configuration page in Server Manager (new functionality with TR 9.2.2.2) does not save a new configuration after clicking on Apply. With HTML Server on TR 9.2.2.1 and Server Manager Console on TR 9.2.2.2, it appears to save those settings. As soon as the user updated the HTML server to TR 9.2.2.2, it no longer works.

Changes

The issue started to happen following Tools Release upgrade to 9.2.2.2, which introduces the new functionality.

Note: A customer reported the same issue when upgrading Tools Release from 9.2.2.6 to 9.2.3.1.
