E1: SVM: Unable to Save a New Configuration in the Instance Access Configuration Page in Server Manager

After upgrading to Tools Release 184.108.40.206, the Instance Access Configuration page in Server Manager does not save a new configuration after clicking on Apply. With HTML server on TR 220.127.116.11 and Server Manager was on TR 18.104.22.168, it did save those settings. As soon as I updated the HTML server to TR 22.214.171.124, it no longer works.
The issue started to happen following Tools Release upgrade to 126.96.36.199.
