Symptoms

After Tools Release is upgraded to 9.2.2.x from Tools Release 9.2.x , when we try to install new fat client or new package to the existing Fat client , EnterpriseOne 920 Client Installer option is not launching the OUI Installer 

Below screen will disappear , without any error message 


 

Install log has the below information captured, this has the OUI version as well.
