Last updated on FEBRUARY 05, 2019

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

The customer would like to calculate the rental time in order to invoice this to his customers . Each customer needs to be invoiced based on the used silo capacity, this is based on MT in silo per day.

Solution has to contains 2 parts:
1. Calculate and store silo rent per day
2. Create sales orders with silo rent per period to be invoiced

The customer proposes the below solution :
Create an UBE which makes a snapshot each day of the end stock and store, e.g. at 06:00h or on demand just before invoicing. Per day the rent can be calculated using this information.
It must also be possible to build the file next day or other days afterwards, when snapshot was not performed.
Store the information in a separate table, with following columns (and audit fields and user reserved fields).
A record may only occur once per date, per branch, per location, per lot number and per item number.
