E1: 34: Dependent Work Order Demand Not Displayed in S&D Inquiry if Planned Orders are Defined to Not Display and the Work Order Parts List is Not Attached (Doc ID 2361882.1)

Last updated on JULY 24, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Requirements Planning - Version 9.1 and later
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Engineer to Order - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

EnterpriseOne 9.1
When viewing the S&D Inquiry (P4021) with Planned Orders defined not to display, firm Parent Work Order demand is not displaying when the Work Order Parts List (P3111) is not attached. When the Parts List is attached, the demand shows regardless of if planned orders are defined to display or not.

The expectation is that, with Planned Orders defined NOT to display (Processing Option 8 of the Process tab of P4021 is left blank), the parent work order demand should display as the work orders are firm despite the Parts List not being attached.
