"Portlet is Initialized" event doesn't work properly when portlet form is called from E1PAGE.

 Steps to Duplicate this Issue

1. Create a Portlet Edit Form

2. Write an event rule in "Portlet is Initialized" event to call Fix/inspect form

3.  Save the form and try to run locally using Preview option

Preview Result: Fix/Inspect form should be called successfully after launch as its called from "Portlet is Initialized" event

4. Now go to home.html page to add code under <Div> section to call newly created Portlet form from E1PAGE

6. Save the changes in the home.html page and upload the zip file using classic Page UDO from "Manage Content" link

7. Save the object and click on Preview

Preview Result: Just portlet form is launched instead of launching Fix/Inspect form first as its called from "Portlet is Initialized" event

Expected Result-  Fix/Inspect form should be called first as its called from "Portlet is Initialized" event and on cancellation of Fix/Inspect form it should render Portlet Form.
