Goal
Item Cross Reference (P4104) is set up for Promotional items as well as for for Replacement items so that if a promotional item exists, the part number entered will be canceled and the Promotional item number added on a new line.
How does this to work with EDI (R47011)? Can EDI orders automatically replace the entered item with a promotional item?
