E1: 77: P776176/W776176B EI History Application Does Not Display All EI History For Employee (Doc ID 2364082.1)

Symptoms

When an employee has EI History records in two Payroll years, it is not possible to view all of the EI History at the same time. If the user goes into the P776176/ W776176A and selects a record with a cheque date in one year, for e.g., 2017, the system will open the P776176/ W776176B and display only the EI records with a cheque date in the same year. If the user selects a record with a cheque date in the new year, for e.g., 2018, only records with a cheque date in 2018 will display on the P776176/ W776176.

Web ROEs use pay periods from a "rolling" year that goes over yearend. It is not required to create two separate ROEs, one for 2017 and another for 2018. So there is no reason to keep the EI History records separate by year. Instead the user needs to be able to view all records at the same time.
