Symptoms

In Object Management Workbench, all OMW (object management workbench) action buttons are disabled for a specific project including the Delete Button for project. Deletion requires owner should be added as a PVC admin to the project. However, owners are missing from Projects as shown below:

When trying to add owners to either parent project or child project, following error messages are displayed on screen:
