E1: PKG: NER Generation Process Crashes During Package Build On Linux Servers (Doc ID 2366166.1)

Symptoms

The NER generation process (genner) crashes when building a package.  On Oracle Enterprise Linux 7 and 6 (OEL7, OEL6)  or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 and 6 (RHEL7, RHEL6) servers.  

   (If may be possible to see similiar symptoms with other Operating systems as well.)

 The serverpkgbuild.log from the Deployment Server shows the following:

Changes

 This has been known to occur after applying UN2 or a large batch of ESUs.  Updates have added enough new NERs that the condition was hit causing NER generation issues.
