Symptoms
R09600 (Process Automatic Bank Statements Flat File) works fine using a Windows operating system, but it gives error “Return Code BAI218 No valid records were found in the input file. Make sure flat file encoding is setup correctly in P93081. See log file for further details” when run on an AS400 operating system. This is for BAI2 format.
