Symptoms
When doing an upgrade to Applications Release 9.2 the R98700 pdf is coming back with an error on the merge status and the detailed error message is "copy failed" even though the objects were actually merged. At this point it looks like only custom R* (UBE) and V* (Business View/BSVW) objects are affected.
