E1: TDA: Multi-Foundation Path Code Table Trigger Causing "FAILED TO LOAD ENV" Error (Doc ID 2372414.1)

Symptoms

While trying to call 9.2 BSFN from 9.1 in a Multi-Foundation path code through table triggers (an insert trigger in 9.2 table fires a BSFN) an error message "FAILED TO LOAD ENV" appears in the logs and the trigger does not fire. OCM mapping and table triggers are used to pass data back and forth between the 9.1 and 9.2 environments. The following error appears in the logs:
