First PY package build after upgrade builds with errors. In this case, the Pristine package build built just fine without errors.

Below is the local jde.log. Notice the 'JDB3400009 - Failed to perform Insert for F98780R' error.

Also found were SQL0104 - Token %1 errors.

Customer is upgrading PY from EnterpriseOne 9.0 to 9.2 and is on Tools Release 9.2.2.2
