E1: OVR: One View Report Output Displays "Error Occurred" or "No Data to Display" or "No Data Found" Message when Using Load Balancer (Doc ID 2374412.1)

"Error Occurred" or "No Data to Display" message is displayed in the report output when a OVR report is run. OVR reports may work at sometimes and sometimes will throw these error messages.

Issue may not occur if user logs in directly to a standalone JAS server node url, i.e.  without using load balancer URL.
