Information in this document applies to any platform.
The status of Business Services (BSSV) Server changes to "FAILED" from "RUNNING" in server manager, after few minutes of restarting the BSSV Server. Weblogic Admin console also shows the server state as FAILED.
BSSVServer.out log (weblogic log folder) shows below messages :
