E1: 42: Create Inercompany Sales Order (R4210IC) Fails with Locn & Lot Not Allowed for Non-Stock Kit (Error 42B32) for Kit Parent Line with Location (Doc ID 2376281.1)

Symptoms

R4210IC fails to create SK OK orders when processed for an Intercompany Sales Order containing Lot Controlled Kit parent item with Lot Controlled Components with primary location non blank (anything other than . . )
Error displays on pdf output:  

SK 00001 Intercompany order not created due to validation errors
And error in workcenter:  
Subject : Error: Locn & Lot Not Allowed For Non-Stock
Cause: Location & Lot can't be assigned to a non-stock kit parent.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Add item master and branch records (for 2 different companies; 0200 and 0001 in this example) for Lot Controlled Kit Parent and Lot Controlled Components
2. Add BOM
3. P4210;  set Interbranch processing options = 1 and SI
4. P4210 enter SI order using BP M30 in Header and BP 30 in Detail, Kit selection window displays to select kit components, save order.  Note that a value of 2 is recorded to F4211 SDSO01 Interbranch field
5. P4205 Ship SI Confirm order
6. R4210IC displays error on pdf:  

SK 00001 Intercompany order not created due to validation errors
Errors in Work center:
Subject : Error: Locn & Lot Not Allowed For Non-Stock
Cause: Location & Lot can't be assigned to a non-stock kit parent.

Desired Outcome:
R4210IC should successfully process and create SK OK orders when ran for a lot controlled kit parent/component item on an Intercompany SI sales order.
