Symptoms

After disabling the listen port for HTTP and enabling the SSL listen port for a weblogic JVM, the "Health Status" from the weblogic Admin Console returns a "Not Reachable" status.

Additionally, the status of the weblogic instance from Server Manager Console reports stopped , although it is running. 

From the AdminServer logs, the following errors can be seen written:
