Symptoms

After applying 9.2 Bug 23638939 - JOBS IN DIFFERENT COMPANIES, a hard error is generated when jobs are in a different company than the project company.  Users are requesting a processing option be added to the P51006 - Job Master, to generate either a hard error or a warning.
