E1:04: Unable To Delete Supplier Master Due To "Delete Invalid - F0311 Record Exists" Error in P04012

There is an customer record in Customer Master by Line of Business table (F03012) and in Address Book Master table(F0101), and the customer already has AR transactions in Customer Ledger table(F03B11).
Then user accidentally created Supplier Master (F0401) record for the address number.
When user tries to delete Supplier Master record from Work With Supplier Master application (P04012), "Delete Invalid - F0311 Record Exists". error happens and does not allow to delete even though there is no AP transaction.
Is it possible to delete supplier master record in this situation?
This functionality is currently not currently available. If the address number has the customer master record in F03012 and also has AR transactions, system will not allow to delete it.
