E1: 43: Match Voucher to Open Receipts (P4314) Select Receipts to Match (W4314B) Does Not Display Receipts, Form Exit Applications Are Not Called with User Profile Language Indicated

Symptoms
When trying to call an application from Voucher Match P4314 using Form Menu (Orders to Match, Receipts to Match, etc), the application does not start when using Spanish Language. After adding a translation at (P01012) for the Supplier Number, the applications are displayed.
Additionally, when in My System Options - User Profile Revisions(P0092L) field language is set to E for English as well as Localization Country Code is set to MX (Mexico) user cannot complete a voucher match upon using Form exit to Receipts to Match the details such as Receipts to Match will not be displayed.
Issue began after installing baseline ESU JN24374
