E1: ORCH: Orchestrator Question regarding POST Connector (Doc ID 2377584.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Orchestrator 6.0.2 version,

Can you show us how to create a JSON file from input parameters for a rest service and then initiate a rest call with a connector and manipulate the JSON output back into individual fields?

For example, get input from a JD Edwards field in an orchestrator,
Use that to create a JSON file to do a POST rest service connector (Service Request(s)),
Then manipulate the output to output individual fields to use on a different part of an orchestration?

Essentially, we'd like to know how to create a post request connector.
