E1: GRID: Missing Grid Formats after successful upgrade to 9.2 Application Release (Doc ID 2377952.1)

Symptoms

After successful upgrade to 9.2 Application release, Grid Formats can not be seen in applications.

The following have been already checked:
- OCM mappings for the F952440 table - all data sources point to the same location of the table, Central Objects - <environment>.
- Table Conversions for Grid formats have been successfully ran.
- The information about the imported Grid Formats exists in the F952440.
- Correct View Security has been applied in the system for Grid Formats.

Still, after the above, in some applications, the Grid Formats are not visible to the users.
