E1: XMLP: Email Delivery Issues With Microsoft Exchange 365 (Doc ID 2379439.1)

While using Microsoft Exchange Online as SMTP Server, the email delivery from embedded BI Publisher solution in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is inconsistent.

Example Issue Scenarios:

1. Only few emails being delivered in a bursted output RD job. For example, Only 2 emails being actually sent out of 4 bursted output records and other 2 failed with C - Communication Failure status.
2. Re delivery shows as S - Submitted status, but actual email is not being delivered.
