Symptoms

While using Microsoft Exchange Online as SMTP Server, the email delivery from embedded BI Publisher solution in JDE is inconsistent.

Example Issue Scenarios:

1. Only few emails being delivered in a bursted output RD job. For example, Only 2 emails being actually sent out of 4 bursted output records and other 2 failed with C - Communication Failure status.
2. Re delivery shows as S - Submitted status, but actual email is not being delivered.
