Symptoms

Work With Unit of Measure Dimension by Item Application P46011 is not calculating Cubic dimension Correctly.
When the dimensions of an item are defined in MM millimeters, the volume is displayed in cubic meters, M3, but not divided by 1000.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go into P46011 and define the dimensions 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm.
2. the volume gets calculated to 1 000 000 M3
3. it should be 1 000 M3
