E1 9.2 / P31113 Work Order Inventory Issue

When closing a component item line on the P31113 (Work Order Inventory Issue) with a non-blank Material Status (MTST), by selecting a line then selecting Row exit 'Close Line' and clicking OK, the Close Line transaction is not saved.
Upon P31113 re-inquiry, the line is still open, available to be issued.

If Bug 26403435 is commented out of the code the Close Line transaction works properly (is 'saved').

A 'Close Line' transaction should be saved when clicking OK on the P31113 form after performing the 'Close Line' transaction.
