Consumer Business Service development requires a proxy to be generated for the web service that is called by the BSSV . This requires WSDL file as input.  If the WSDL files are different, proxy definitions will be different.  In some cases the  WSDL files used to generate Proxies for calling a third party web service are different for different environments. For example: Prototype environment's WSDL is different from Development environment's WSDL. In such cases, during the promotion lifecycle, BSSV modification is needed after transferring from one environment to another.

Is there a way to dynamically use different proxies based on different WSDLs without having to modify the BSSV per environment?
