When trying to create an ah-hoc bidder in P43Q30, the following errors appear:
0052 Business Unit Invalid
019T Business Unit has an Invalid Data Dictionary Value
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Open P43Q70 Event Workbench - Search for Events
2. Click Add RFx button.
3. Add/Edit Event: Populate BU, Even description (anything is fine), email address and click "Invite Bidders" link which opens P43Q30 Event Bidders - Search and Select Bidders
4. Errors 0052 Business Unit Invalid and 019T Business Unit has an Invalid Data Dictionary Value appear.
