 9.2 Issues
 Issue 1: In RDA, when user adds a Table I/O (example Fetch Single), the fat client hangs and throws the error "RDA.EXE has stopped working"
 Issue 2: RDA.EXE Crashes and Deletes the Specifications of Reports when modifying and saving reports on Tools Release 9.2
 Issue 3: RDA Crashes with Error "Index Name doesn't match pattern TABLENAME_[0-9]+"
 Issue 4: RDA Crashes with Error "RDA.EXE has stopped working" when Opening Financial Reports Upgraded from Previous Release
 Issue 5: RDA.EXE Crashes While Assigning String Of Length Of More Than 256 Characters or While Trying to Modify ER of Any Section that has a Long Constant String (>=256 characters)
 9.1 Issues
 Issue 1: In Tools Release 9.1.x, RDA Crashes with Error "RDA.EXE has stopped working" after performing a sequence of steps using the Expression Manager
 Issue 2: RDA or Table Conversion Design Aid Crashes on Exit or Validate Event Rules with Fix Pack 9.1.0.5.1
 Issue 3: Receives Warnings like "Report Title Not Found", "Section Description Text were not found...", etc and RDA Crashes in Tools Release between 9.1.0.0 and 9.1.0.5
 8.9x Issues
 Issue 1: Accessing Event Rules Design from RDA or FDA causes Design Tool to Crash in TR 8.98.0.6.x
 Issue 2: In TR 8.98, RDA Crashes when user Double Clicks on Report Interconnect Event Rule lines added in TR 8.97.2.7
 Issue 3: In TR 8.98, Processing Option Changes cause Exception and Crashes RDA
