Last updated on FEBRUARY 04, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Using the P40051/P400511 process to create an RMA from an existing sales order, the user keys a different date value into field DRQJ (Requested Date for Shipment), to match the Expected Receipt Date, which the system calculates at a specified number of days in the future. On leaving the row or saving the RMA, the keyed value reverts to the system date.
