E1: 17/90CG: Service Order Created From Case Does Not Have The Correct Service Type

When log a case and entitle contract with service type "X", and then go to related action tab and add a work order, contract with different service type "W" is entitled. This is causing an issue in billing, as both the severity types are not same.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a case and check entitlement for a contract with service type X
2. Save the case
3. Go to Related Action tab, select Work Order and click Add
4. Enter WO data and check the entitlement
5. The service type is not retrieved based on the contract entitled. It is W instead of X.
