Symptoms
Customer is requesting an enhancement for P54HS30 / ZJDE0001
(1) Default behavior when entering the program is that the What/When/Who/Where sections are minimized.
This result in user confusion and additional unneeded click and expand each section.
Requested behavior out of box: All sections are expanded.
(2) The 'What' section has a field with the label 'Incident Description' and then below it a large text box.
(3) P54HS30 / ZJDE0001 Default behavior when entering the program is that the What/When/Who/Where sections are minimized.
This result in user confusion and additional unneeded click and expand each section.
Request:
A - The 'Incident Description' label updated to 'Incident Short Description' so that the users understand to be concise and short.
B - The label 'Long Incident Description' be added to above the text box of that purpose so that users are not confused as to the text box purpose.
C - All sections are expanded.
