Symptoms

Scenario 1: Unable to schedule jobs for a different user other than the user who has logged in. While adding the schedule job via Scheduler Application(P91300), User ID/Password fails to get validated successfully.

Scheduler Application(P91300) is code current with all the required ESUs applied.

Error captured in jdedebug.log

Scenario 2:

When long user is enabled, while creating scheduler entries, it's not allowing to select E1 users which does not have long users mapped already.
