EnterpriseOne 9.2
When in the Matrix Entry form (P4210), the system does not allow to cancel order details. When attempting to do so by accessing PCW10 from the Customer Service Inquiry (P4210), an Insert to table F42UI11 failed error occurs twice. The Error ID is 078F. The cause of the error indicates that “The record being inserted into table F42UI11 already exists or you do not have authority to insert records into this table.”

Note - The workaround is to cancel lines directly from Sales Order Entry (P4210).
