E1: SVM: Unable to Login in Server Manager Console Due to STUCK Thread Messages (Doc ID 2390792.1)

This issue is specific to Server Manager Console running on Weblogic server.

When trying to login in Server Manager Console the page keeps spinning. The user will not get logged in and the browser will spin indefinitely. This issue happens Intermittently. The only workaround at this point is to restart the JVM running SM Console.

Weblogic Server SMC_Server_EOne_ManagementConsole_Console.log shows the following STUCK Thread messages:

 Weblogic Administration Console shows warning message "ThreadPool has stuck threads"
