P4210 SO Entry

In the scenario of utilization of free good catalog process, the free goods item is not assigned in the correct transaction UOM.

.Create 3 items SK, SK1 and SK2 in UOM of Eaches.
.Provide the conversion as say 1 BX = 10 EA for all of these items.
.Create an adjustment definition and in the details provide the From level as 15 BX.
.In P4073 provide SK1 as the free goods item for 1 BX and catalog as say PET.
.In P4502 set SK2 as the other item under this free goods catalog.
.In the P.O of P4210, set the Default Transaction UOM field as blank and also under Process tab enable the warning for Free Goods.
.Create a SO for say 15 BX of item SK and click OK. Notice that system issues the warning of Default Free Good being assigned. Continue with the order creation.
.Notice that Free Good item SK1 for 1 BX is being assigned correctly.
.Now create one more SO on similar lines, but this time around take the Form Exit to Free Good Catalog.
.In P45731 take the Row Exit to Free Good catalog item selection.
.Override the item as SK2 and notice that the UOM is still being populated as BX.
.Complete this SO.
.Notice that free good item SK2 is assigned correctly
.However the UOM is incorrectly populated as 1 EA rather than 1 BX
