Last updated on MAY 31, 2018

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Transportation Management - Version 9.1 to 9.2 [Release 9.1 to 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When trying to confirm a load in P4960, at times a Web Client Exception error is displayed, the shipment is not confirmed, and the order gets stuck in the record reservations table (F00095). This occurs intermittently when trying to confirm loads with more than one shipment.

SETUP
1. P4101 - Have a new lot controlled item created - GMSHL
2. P41026 - create branch plant records for 30 and 40 branches
3. P4114 - add quantities to this item in branch 30 into 19 lots.

TEST 1
4. P4210 - Create 3 ST/OT transportation orders from branch 30 to branch 40 for 19 lines of this item and 19 lots
5. Check a shipment number was generated for each of the orders
6. R4982 approve all 3 shipments
7. P4210 statuses were advanced
8. P4915 shipments were approved
9. P4960 create load
Select the shipments
10. P4960 Form exit - route the load
11. P4960 Confirm the load
And each shipment
No errors

TEST 2.
Repeat one more time for another load. No error.

TEST 3.
Repeat again on FAT client. Error is received in P4960 when trying to confirm load 316 - error is received on the second shipment (12364) of this load.
Had to sign out. Remove the record reservation from P00095 and when trying to confirm again, it works fine.

TEST 4.
Repeat again on FAT client. Error is received in P4960 when trying to confirm load 315 - error is received on the third shipment (12362) of this load.
Had to sign out. Remove the record reservation from P00095 and when trying to confirm again, it works fine.
