E1: MOBJ: After Upgrade to 22.214.171.124 and newer Unable to Access Existing Media Objects

Information in this document applies to any platform.
We upgraded our Tools Release to 126.96.36.199 or newer and completed the media object migration. However, we are unable to access our attachments in the media object queues which are saved as a file previously.
After upgrading, new attachments can be saved and created without issue.
