Symptoms
After we completed the media object migration, we are unable to access our attachments in the media object queues which are saved as a file previously.
After upgrading, new attachments can be saved and created without issue.
Steps
- Attempt to access a Media Object File post upgrade from any application
Changes
Upgraded our Tools Release to 9.2.1.4 or newer
