E1: 31B: Unable To Delete Style Item In Blend Operation (Doc ID 2394486.1)

The Delete button on an After Style (P31B30) row for a Style entered in a previous operation, is disabled.
If the Style was entered in the operation being edited, the Delete button is enabled.

The Delete button can be disable by doing the following:
a. Select the Style grid row.
b. Revise the style (i.e. the Style Value or Style Date).
c. Tab out of the row.
d. Tab back into the revised row. Now, the Delete button is enabled.

If a Delete is permissible, the Delete button should be enabled without requiring extra steps.
