E1: OMW: Active Directory User Account Gets Locked After Doing a Checkout or Get Operation in OMW (Doc ID 2395265.1)

Symptoms

For an LDAP enabled instance, (where the E1 User is  linked with an active directory user account), any Checkout  or Get  operation on an interactive application in Object Management Workbench is causing the User account to get locked. Once the account is locked, JDE binaries like Form Design Aid (FDA.exe)  or Report Design Aid(RDA.exe) etc will not open after clicking the start design aid button.
