E1: OMW: Active Directory User Account Gets Locked After Doing a Checkout or Get Operation in OMW

Information in this document applies to any platform.
For an LDAP enabled instance, (where the E1 User is linked with an active directory user account), any Checkout or Get operation on an interactive application in Object Management Workbench is causing the User account to get locked. Once the account is locked, JDE binaries like Form Design Aid (FDA.exe) or Report Design Aid(RDA.exe) etc will not open after clicking the start design aid button.
It is observed that :-
- The issue is specific to very few User accounts .
- The issue occurs only when local web server on the fat client is running. If local web server is stopped then the account does not get locked out.
In Jas logs of local web server on fat client, we can see below messages :
