After installing 9.2 Standalone, attempting to sign onto it returns the "Unable to send message to Security Server" error, and subsequent operation gives that Windows cannot find 'C:\E920_1\system\bin32\jdenet_n.exe'.

The file jdenet_n.exe is physically missing in the "system\bin32" directory.
