Symptoms


P03B2002 grid records disappear after opening and closing the Customer Ledger Summary form (P03B11S) via visual assist.

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Open P03B2002
  2. Perform a find
  3. Click the visual assist for Gross Amount or Open Amount
  4. Close the Customer Ledger Summary Screen

Result: Grid records disappear from the form.
