E1: SVM: Unable To Update Server Manager Console from to (Doc ID 2396384.1)

On : 9.2 version, Install/Change Mgmt - Server Manager

When the customer trying to update SVM version from to using server manager update par file , it fails.
the following error occurs.

Unable to change the management console tools release; null
Failure during involke(, , changeComponentWithUserName) : Unable to change the management console tools release; null

Failed to establish a connection from the management console to the remote agent '' on port 14502.
Will retry again when the next heartbeat is received from the remote agent
Unable to query the managed home from '' to determine the managed instances, will try again on next registration.

After clicking on the refresh browser window button you may see that the Management Console home Version number is still while the Software Component Version is the newer 9.2.x version you tried to update to.
This will be resolved in the steps below.
