Symptoms

P90CD002 NOT CHANGING WORK ORDER STATUS IF STATUS MOVED BACKWARDS

Manage Service Work Order, P90CD002, does NOT change the Work Order Status if the Status is moved backwards.

Service Work Order (P90CD002) form is not updating the status correctly. If you advancing the Status forward, it is okay and works correctly.
However, if moving the status backwards, it does not call the status change window, nor does it update the status on the Service Order.

If the P17714 application is used to reduce or move back the Status, it works correctly every time

Also Notice, once the Status has tried to be moved backwards and/or reduced, the
P90CD002, no longer changes the status at all either way (forward or backwards).
