Symptoms



Scenario 1: Some users cannot save a Grid Format after upgrade to 9.2

In any path code, if the user attempts to save or delete a UDO (example a Grid Format), there is a Call Stack in the Call Object Kernel (COK) log and SQL blocking on the F98222 table is experienced in the SQL Server database.


The following statements can be seen in the COK jde.log:

 
Scenario 2: When working in OMW (P98220) on the fat client, OMW hangs. SQL Blocking is seen on SQL Server Database

When user is working in OMW on the fat client and tries to add, copy or delete an object, OMW hangs and CPU goes up. SQL Blocking is seen in the SQL Server database.
