/* Missing Template Name : GT1501 */

T1501 originally had 5 options and a 6th option was supposed to be delivered by the ESU.

GT1501 is supposed to contain two Structure Names in design.  This object was delivered in GA with two Structure Names defined.

In DV this object only contains one Structure Name, in Pristine the object has two.

P1501 would not validate the ER. We are unable to successfully force merge the objects from the ESU or restore the objects from a Par file.
