Receiving error while attempting to generate JSON classes with Demo Mode using the AIS Client Class generator plugin version 2.2.0.

"ignoreFDAFindOnEntry -- Capability Not Specifed or Not Available on Server, you must include the used Capabilities"

  1. Follow the Instructions in Mobile Enterprise Applications Guide section A.5 , A.6 Reading EnterpriseOne Data , Step 7
  2. When clicking Generate
  3. You will receive the above error.

UN-checking the "Demo Mode" in AIS class generator and Generating again will resolve this issue though.

Demo Mode: Demo mode is a way to execute the AIS call to the form without actually loading the real data in the form.  This is the easiest and fastest way to get all of the fields are the form (needed for class generation) without having to fetch any data.  It is especially useful when there is no data available in the environment for that form.  In this case, where no data is available in the environment, the ONLY way to get the grid columns generated is to use demo mode.  Since you need at least one record in a grid for the grid columns to be returned.  Demo mode forces a dummy record into the grid allowing all of the columns to be returned and then generated.
